SEDIE nasce dallo spirito imprenditoriale di Franco che nel 1977 inizia
ad operare nella precedente sede con alcuni collaboratori di fiducia,
apportando la propria pluriennale e preziosa esperienza nel settore
del mobile maturata come capo stabilimento presso altre realtà. L’attività appena impiantata viene poi continuata dalla moglie Milvia che si inventa imprenditrice e butta anima e corpo in questo progetto, riuscendo a vincere le difficoltà iniziali, la crisi degli anni ’80 e la diffidenza che c’era nei confronti di una donna-manager in quel momento in un comparto così poco femminile. Tutta la sua grinta e volontà hanno fatto sì che il progetto iniziale del marito venisse realizzato con successo. E’ orgoglio della proprietà anche l’aver formato un gruppo prezioso di collaboratori che operano in azienda da più di 20 anni e che fa parte della sua ricchezza, assicurando professionalità e dedizione all’azienda. Oggi l’attività viene proseguita dai tre figli Francesca, Alberto e Davide che con l’esempio di lealtà professionalità ed efficienza dei loro genitori, vogliono orgogliosamente continuare la strada intrapresa con entusiasmo tanti anni fa. |

chairs factory is the result of the entrepreneurial dream of Franco
who begins to operate in 1977 in the old premises together with few
devoted collaborators. Warranty of a reliable and succesfull development
of the company was his long experience as production manager for several
factories through the years. This just set up activity was then carried on by his wife Milvia who reinvented herself as a entrepreneur giving heart and soul for this project, winning the initial problems, the crisis of the 80's and the diffidence towards a woman-manager, so uncommon those days in a men's business. All her grit and will made possible the success of her husband's initial project. The owners are very proud to have created a devoted group of professional and skilful collaborators still working in the factory after 20 years. They represent the real wealth of the factory. Nowadays the activity is run by the three children, Francesca, Alberto and Davide who, learnt from their parents the principles of loyalty, professionality and efficiency, are proudly willing to follow the road Franco and Milvia so enthusiastically undertook many years ago. |
